Stainless Tank & Mix fabricated a 750 litre chocolate melt tank for a global chocolate manufacturer which has turned out really nicely.
Not just an ordinary melt tank, but fitted with a full stainless steel gearmotor, a PLC control with HMI panel for automatic control of heating and mixer operation as well as cat4 standard guarding. The customer also requested removable legs for easy installation for them.
Having a laser cutter gives us the opportunity to laser etch labels as well as the customer’s company logo which gave it a really professional touch.
