Stainless Tank & Mix fabricated a 1200 litre water jacketed & heated mix tank for a repeat customer. We built one a few years ago and now he wanted another one and he is not a big business, but someone who likes quality equipment and great service.
The heater elements fitted to the tank water jacket makes for a self contained system that can be easily managed.
The mixer was specifically designed to work with the product, and improvements were made to the baffle design to be easier to clean.
The multiple mixing props allow partial volume blends and the heavy duty loading grid allows for bags of powdered product to be dumped on it.
